Description:
The SKRL is a roller peeler with abrasive rollers, constructed in a drum, that remove the skin of a
product mechanically. The machine has a unique construction with the advantage that the machine is
running low speed. This results in a process in which the skin is peeled off regularly. To guarantee the
quality of the product, a constant product supply is required. An auger transports the product to the
discharge opening. The drives of the drum, rollers and auger are variable by frequency control
converters. Waste is discharged underneath the machine with the supplied water. Peeling without
water is also possible.
