This batch peeler is an abrasive peeler with a bottom plate that’s variable in size, from 500 up to 900mm. It’s a machine that needs a constant batch to guarantee a good quality of peeled the product. The peelers working is electro pneumatic by a plc-panel. Filling time, peeling time and discharge time are adjustable with timers.
The waste including the added water is removed underneath the machine. The replacement of the grain is done easily by changing the drum and bottom plate.
