This unit consists out of a complete Hydro cutting unit. Cooling Auger with ferrieswheel ( overhauled condition ) This has been used for French-fries 2500 kg / hour. Length 3 mtr Diam 800 mm Incl ( cold ) exchanger and circulation pump.
This unut can be used for the cutting of sticks and/or wedges out of a big variety of fruit and vegetables. Knifes in different sizes are present with the machine.
